| Broken Glass in a Panel at a Height needs New Glass |
- Scope Of Work:
The Factory has Broken Glass on the Top Hung Openable Panel on the First Floor. Dust and Sunlight were disturbing Workers working inside these Panels.We immediately reached the Site took the Exact Dimensions from inside and searched for Glass with exact specifications, i.e. Type, Shade and we found Double Glass Unit (DGU)of the required shade was available with FGG.
Since the Quantity was less ( Total 2 Nos.) there were fewer chances to get the same in the required time. But FGG assisted us without any delay. We are thankful to them.

| Critical Location of Broken Glass- Difficult Entry and Lifting of Cradle |
- Challenge:
We noted the only challenge to entering this place with Cradle, is removing ready products made at Client's Factory. However, there was an MS fixture fixed to the ground which was not permitted and obviously extra work which could spend much time removing the fixture and installing it again. |

- Cradle Lifting:
However, we re-installed the Cradle, especially for this place, and had Third-Party Testing.We lifted the Cradle above the MS fixture and kept ready Products at the same time we followed all Safety norms.
It was heavy work but our workers are used to such activity.

| Glass Panel Fabrication at Site- Fixing Friction Hinges |
- Glass Panel Fabrication:
We removed the existing frame from the Location. We found the Aluminium Section used for making frames for the same building. We fixed Friction Hinge Supplied by Kelegent with SS316 Screws. All the activity was done at the Site with the use of resources ( Table, bench, Lifting equipment, light) available at the site and tools that we have. |

- Work Completion:
This is the image of the Same Building for which we completed Facade Maintenance - replacement of Broken Glass ( Level above Shutter- Second Panel from Left ( i.e. First Top Hung Openable from Left). We submitted drawings as shown below for records of everyone.
